The Respiratory Care Combo brings together four time-honoured Ayurvedic herbs — Tulsi, Mulethi (Licorice), Baheda and Giloy — into one simple daily protocol crafted for your breathing and lungs. Each herb is a respected classic in Indian households, and together they form a balanced blend traditionally used to keep the airways clear, soothe an irritated throat and help maintain comfortable, easy breathing through changing seasons, dust and everyday pollution.
At Vaidya Village, every powder in this kit is sourced and prepared with care so you get honest, single-herb goodness with nothing unnecessary added. Taken consistently as part of your morning or evening routine, this combo is designed to support your respiratory system gently and naturally — the way our grandparents trusted these herbs for generations.
These four herbs are chosen because they support respiratory wellness from different angles, working in synergy rather than isolation. Tulsi is the classic breathing herb, traditionally used to keep the airways open and support the body's response to seasonal changes and everyday irritants. Mulethi (Licorice) brings its famously soothing, throat-friendly quality — it helps calm dryness and irritation while supporting the natural clearing of the chest. Baheda, one of the three fruits of Triphala, is traditionally valued for the respiratory tract and throat, helping maintain clear, comfortable breathing. Giloy rounds out the blend as a renowned rejuvenator that supports the body's natural defences and overall vitality.
Together, the calming action of Mulethi, the airway support of Tulsi, the throat-and-chest clearing tradition of Baheda, and the strengthening quality of Giloy complement one another — soothing what is irritated, clearing what feels heavy, and supporting resilience so your respiratory system stays balanced day to day. It is this teamwork, taken steadily over time, that makes the protocol more complete than any single herb on its own.
Take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of each powder as guided, mixed in warm water or as advised by your Ayurvedic practitioner, once or twice daily. Many prefer it with a little honey to enhance the soothing effect. For best results, use consistently as part of your daily routine, ideally on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed.
