Refund & Return Policy

We pack every pouch fresh and seal it for purity. Because our products are consumable food-grade herbs, we follow a simple, fair policy.

Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or with items missing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the parcel and items.
• After verification, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund for the affected items — your choice.

Returns

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pouches cannot be returned.
• Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Reverse-shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

• You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us — prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
• Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but the return rules above apply after delivery.

Refund Timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunds are transferred to your UPI or bank account within 5–7 business days of approval.
