Your satisfaction matters. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

As these are consumable herbal products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
